Dehradun, 27th February 2024: In the 8th edition of Mr & Miss Uttarakhand, a sub-contest for Miss Fit & Mr Physique took place at The Ashoka Spa & Resorts today. Organized by the Himalayan Buzz in association with Fitbox Gym, the sub-contest witnessed 15 girls and 15 boys competing for the title.
Kanishka Bisht, Jagriti Vohra, and Saumya Bhardwa were selected as Miss Fit finalists, whereas Anurag Chaudhary, Tarun Chaturvedi, and Varun Bhardwaj were chosen as Mr Physique finalists. The final results of the sub-contest will be announced during the grand finale of the show scheduled to be held in March.
The judges for the occasion were Pinaki Sen, the Owner of Fitbox Gym, Miss Uttarakhand 2023 Saina Rautela, and the General Secretary of the Archery Association of Uttarakhand, Ashish Tomar.
Addressing the participants, Pinaki Sen said, “It’s inspiring to witness such dedication and commitment from these contestants towards their fitness goals. We evaluated them based on various parameters, including not just physical appearance but also their strength, agility, and overall fitness levels. It’s not just about looking good; it’s about being strong and healthy from within. Each contestant has showcased admirable qualities, making our job as judges both challenging and rewarding.”
