The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) secured a comfortable 33-run victory against the Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Match 49 of the 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Wednesday, May 6.

The 2016 champions got the better of Priyansh Arya, Prabhsimran Singh and Shreyas Iyer within the first 20 balls of the run chase. With PBKS already struggling in the powerplay, Marcus Stoinis was the next big wicket to take, which they managed to get in the over right after the fielding restrictions.
