He has been used differently by the Gujarat Titans and he has adapted to that role and he is enjoying that role. He knows that, “Okay, I am not going to be bowling in the power play. I am going to come in the middle. But my role is to create opportunities by bowling these hard lengths, by bowling these variations and backing himself,” he added.

With this win, the Titans moved to No. 5 on the points table. On the other hand, Lucknow find themselves at No. 6. Both teams have two wins from as many games. However, the Titans have a better net run rate (NRR) of -0.029 compared to Lucknow’s -0.427.
