Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has said that his government does not believe in making false announcements. He said that it would be his goal to fulfil any announcement made by him. Chief Minister said that soon in the larger interest of farmers farm loan on zero interest rate will be provided to the farmers of the state.

He said that earlier the farm loans were being provided at two percent interest rate but now on wards, farm loans with zero interest rate will be provided which would help in improving the economic condition of farmer besides helping in doubling their income.

Speaking while inaugurating the Late Lala Asha Ram Vidyavati Maheshwari Dharamarth Hospital,Sewa Bharati Jhabreda under Jhabreda assembly segment on Tuesday, Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the state government will fulfill all its announcements. He said that he makes only those promises which could be fulfilled. 

He said that farmers have been paid online for their paddy crop and in future such a policy will be also be made for sugarcane farmers so that they get payments on time. He said that his government will be strict with sugar mill in this regard.


Chief Minister said that the state government with any distinction between BPL and APL families have started ’Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojna’ to provide health cover of Rs. Five lakh per annum to all the families in the state. He appealed to the people of the state to take benefit of the scheme.

He said those who have not yet got their golden cards and in case they need medical treatment, can get themselves admitted in district hospitals and their cards will be made in the hospitals and they will also get free treatment. He said that all the people of the state will get golden cards for the scheme and there is no time limit.  

Chief Minister said that the state government is trying to bring out the sports talent through “Khel Mahakumbh”. Chief Minister said that talks with central government are on for construction of Iqbalpur Phatak and railway station at Jhabreda.

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat also announced the widening and strengthening of Roorkee-Lathardev-Jhabreda roa, upgradation of porimary health centre to community health centre at Jhabreda, construction of mini stadium on the land of  Chaudhari Bharat Singh DAV Inter College and construction of first phase of Jhabreda byepass iqbalpur-jhabreda road on Mangalore-Roorkee road.  

 Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat also announced removal of encroachment on Telakhala and Ganeshpur drains, water tank at village Udalheri, beautification of Amkbedkar park at village Thaska, beautification of Ganesh temple at siddhpeeth village Lather Devahun, beautification of surroundings the tree where freedom fighters were hanged at kaliyar, organization of rozgar mela for youth at Jhabreda, entry gate from Uttara Pradesh at Jhabreda, inquiry into polluted water coming from hand pumps in Jhabreda area, installation of 75 hand pumps and construction of water tank at Jhabreda.

 On this occasion, cabinet minister Madan Kaushik said that Prime Minister Mr. Narender Modi has given a new direction to the country in the last four years and even foreign powers are appreciating it. He said that the state government is working honestly in the interest of the common people. .  

Higher Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that by giving the health benefit of ‘Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojna” to 23 lakh families the state government has set an example in the country. The people can get treatment in any hospitals up to Rs. Five lakh per annum free of cost. He said that the state government is getting ready to provide loan up to rs one lakh to farmers and up to Rs five lakh to women self help groups on zero interest rate from January 26.

 Legislator Deshraj Karanwal said that developmental works worth rs 54 crore are going on his assembly segment. Khanpur legislator Kunwar Pranav Champion , Roorkee legislator Pradeep Batra also expressed their views at the function. District cooperative Bank president Pradeep Chadhari, Advisor to Chief Minister Thakur Narender Singh ,Nagar panchayat Chief Manvendra Singh, district president Dr Jaipal Singh Chauhan were present.
