Dehradun: FICCI FLO Uttarakhand Chapter marked a graceful and meaningful beginning to its 2026–27 term with “Sacred FLO – An Afternoon of Grace & Growth”, held in Hotel Godwin today. The event brought together members for an enriching spiritual and leadership experience, headlined by the presence of revered spiritual leader, Junapeethadhishwar Acharya Mahamandleshwar Pujya Shri Swami Avdheshanand Giri Ji Maharaj as the Chief Guest.

The gathering served as the first official congregation of the new term under the leadership of Chairperson Tripti Behl. Tripti Behl is a multi-faceted creative professional and social entrepreneur. She is a fashion designer, artist, and certified art therapist. As the founder of Art in Fact and Bonn Bouchée, she also leads impactful initiatives through Udgum Foundation, working towards empowering underprivileged women and children.

The event commenced with an engaging and thought-provoking session by the Chief Guest Pujya Maharaj Ji, who shared profound insights on spirituality, inner strength, and leadership in today’s evolving global landscape. His address deeply resonated with the audience, especially in the context of women navigating leadership roles with resilience and purpose.

Reflecting on the timeless power of women, he said, “Whenever the world has faced imbalance or adversity, it is the feminine shakti that has restored harmony, whether as the fierce shakti of Durga or Kali, or as the nurturing force of creation. A woman is the gentle expression of the Divine; she seeks nothing, yet gives endlessly. She is the axis of transformation in society and the economy. If spiritual leadership is embraced by women, it can usher in a truly transformative era for humanity.”

He further emphasized that women have always played a defining role across governance, entrepreneurship, science, and spirituality, and highlighted the importance of patience, vision, and a holistic perspective in driving meaningful and lasting change.

This was followed by “Acquaint & Attune”, an interactive member orientation session designed to introduce members to the vision, values, and functioning of FLO, while fostering stronger connections within the chapter. The session was further enriched by insights from Past Chairpersons of FICCI FLO Uttarakhand, including Kiran Bhatt Todaria, Komal Batra, Neha Sharma (National Governing Body Member), and Dr. Geeta Khanna, who spoke in detail about FLO’s functioning, its impact, and the value of being part of this dynamic network of women leaders.

The afternoon further witnessed an insightful session led by the General Secretary, Ganga Sabha, Tanmay Vashishtha, who spoke on “Timeless Wisdom and the Living Spirit of Maa Ganga”, beautifully connecting spirituality with everyday living and collective responsibility. He, during the session, said, “Love and devotion for Maa Ganga transcend language—they are expressions of pure, boundless emotion. When you feel overwhelmed or alone, spend a moment by her banks, and you will experience a deep sense of peace and serenity.”
