The subsidiary of pharmaceutical company Zydus Lifesciences also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025.
“The Board of Directors at their meeting held today have recommended Final Dividend of ₹ 6.00 (@ 60%) per equity share of ₹ 10/- each, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025,” said the company.
