Sweets from Bengal.

Chenna Murki
This is another sweet with Paneer in it. But, this one is a bit different. So, try this amazing recipe which will become ready in minutes!

Ingredients-

Paneer- 2 cups
Ghee- 1 cup
Sugar- ¾ cup
Water- 3 cups
Rose Essence
Cardamom Powder- 1 teaspoon

 

Method-

Using a knife, cut small cubes of the paneer.
In a kadhai, fry these cubes till they become golden-brown in colour.
Next, to make sugar syrup, combine sugar and water in a vessel.
Once it starts becoming thick, add rose essence and cardamom powder to it.
Switch off the flame and add the fried paneer cubes to it.
After dipping, place them on a plate and allow them to cool.
Your Chenna Murki is ready!
