Tula’s Institute Celebrates International Women’s Day

Dehradun: Tula’s Institute celebrated International Women’s Day, paying tribute to the achievements and contributions of women in various spheres. Organized by the ICC committee, the program resonated with the spirit of empowerment, equality, and recognition. 

The Chief Guest for the event was Neha Joshi, National Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha. The program commenced on a spiritual note with a Saraswati Vandana, followed by a Uttarakhand folk dance performance by the students, celebrating the region’s rich cultural heritage.

The highlight of the evening was the prize distribution and felicitation ceremony, where female staff members were honored for their exceptional contributions in academics, leadership, and mentorship. Their dedication and impact were recognized with awards, reinforcing Tula’s commitment to fostering an environment where women thrive. 

During the program, Chief Guest Neha Joshi shared inspiring stories of pioneering women in India and highlighted the nation’s rapid strides toward empowerment. She stated, “Women today are not just breaking barriers but setting new benchmarks. Their contributions are shaping India’s future, and it’s time we recognize and amplify their voices at every level.”  

On the occasion, Vice Chairman of Tula’s Group, Raunak Jain, emphasized the need for gender equality in education and professional spaces. He said, “True progress is possible only when we provide equal opportunities and celebrate the achievements of women in every field.” 

Other dignitaries present at the program included the Headmaster of Tula’s International School, Raman Kaushal; Director, Dr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari; Dean, Dr. Nishant Saxena; Registrar, Dr. Vijay Kumar Upadhyay; Event Coordinator, Dr. Sugam Gupta; and Shaista Hassan of Tula’s Institute.
