Crispy Honey Chilli Potato is a super addictive snack – fried potato fingers are mixed in a sesame honey sauce. It is so spicy and delicious that you will keep licking your fingers. You may have eaten Honey Chili Potato many times in the restaurant, but today we are going to tell you about the recipe to make it at home.

4-5 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced ​​in finger shape
Oil for deep frying
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili paste
3 tablespoons Cornflour
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-3 tbsp water
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
3 tablespoons white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 teaspoon red chili paste
1/4 cup water + 1 teaspoon cornflour to make the batter
2 tablespoons chopped spring onion

Wash the potato fingers thoroughly and keep aside.
* Combine cornflour, all-purpose flour, chili powder, chili paste, and salt. Cover the potato finger evenly with this mixture
* Heat oil in a pan and fry them till the potatoes are half cooked. Remove the potato fingers on a tissue-lined plate and allow them to cool.
* For the second coating, mix flour, cornflour, and black pepper powder with just one tablespoon of water.
* Dip them in this batter and fry them in hot oil until crisp and golden. Then put them aside
* Heat 2 tablespoons oil in another pan, add chopped garlic and fry for few seconds. Add the peppers and sesame seeds and let them cook for another minute to toast.
* Now add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and red chili paste and shake together. To make the batter, mix cornflour with 1/4 cup of water and pour it into the honey – pour the vinegar mixture into the pan and shake it for a few seconds until it thickens.
* Now add fried potato fingers and spring onion greens and toss together so that the sauce tastes good in them.
* Turn off the heat and serve immediately with some more sesame seeds and spring onions.
