Steps given below for Palak Paneer Kofta:
For kofta balls:
1. Take a pan and add 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
2. Add one chopped onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 green chillies, chopped ginger and then Saute well.
3. Add chopped spinach and cook for 2 min.
4. Cool completely when color will change.
5. Blend this mixture called palak puree after it gets cool.
6. Take a bowl – add palak puree, add one cup grated paneer, Add one boiled potato,Add 1/4th cup of gram flour, Add 5 chopped cashews,Add 1/4th tbsp garam masala, 1/4th tbsp salt then mix well.
7. Make a form dough.
8. Make small balls from this dough.
9. Take 2 tbsp of corn flour in a small plate.
10. Roll these palak paneer kofta balls in corn flour.
11.Deep fry these balls. Take out the balls when they will become crisp and golden in color.
For Puree:
1. Take a pan and add 3 tbsp of oil.
> Add cumin seeds, > Add bay leaves, > Add 1 tbsp kasoori methi, > Saute when turns aromatic
2. Add one chopped onion, saute well, turns golden.
3. Add 1 tbsp of ginger/garlic paste, add 1 tsp. turmeric, add 1 tsp. red chilli powder, add 1 tsp. coriander powder, saute well in low flame for one minute.
4. Add 2 cup of tomato puree. Mix this well then covered the pan, boil for 10 minutes.
5. After that stir occasionally and after 10 min. add 8 cashew’s paste.
6. Add salt to taste and mix well for 2 min.
7. Add one cup of water, boil for 1 min.
8. Add palak paneer kofta ball into the mixture.
9. Cover the pan for 5 min and it will be ready to serve.
