
Meghna Thakur Crowned Miss Uttarakhand 2025, Komal Sharma and Mansi Bisht Shine as Runners-Up
Dehradun: The grand finale of the Himalayan Buzz Miss Uttarakhand 2025, presented by Maya Devi University and The Front Row Couture in association with Dharma Creations, took place at Fairfield by Marriott. Meghna Thakur was crowned Miss Uttarakhand 2025, while Komal Sharma secured the position of first runner-up and Mansi Bisht claimed the second runner-up title. Manvi Vishnoi was awarded with the title of Model of the Year. The sash ceremony was conducted by Radhika Joshi, the winner of Miss Uttarakhand 2024.
The pageant was judged by Tripti Juyal Semwal, Vice President of Maya Devi University, Vaishali Verma, Anchor and Miss Uttarakhand 2021 Runner-Up, Seema Kashyap and Lavanya Ahuja, Founder of The Front Row Couture, and Saksham Madhur, Mr. Uttarakhand 2021 Runner-Up.
The highlight of the evening was the announcement of several subtitle awards which were presented to outstanding contestants who excelled in different categories. Pranjil Kumain was felicitated with the Saarthi Ed Miss IQ title. Vaishnav Lohani won both the Barista Miss Foodie and IBI Miss Beautiful Skin titles. Rishita Bhatt was honored with the Higher Education Centre Miss Intellectual title, while Saumya Saun received the AAR Hotels Miss Culture title. Mansi Bisht was awarded the AAR Hotel Miss Traditional title, and Maitreya Pundir was recognized as Knoqlogico Miss Creative. Anamika Raj won the Maya Devi University Miss Talented title, and Riya Shah was felicitated as Maya Devi University Miss Bollywood. Meghna Thakur, the newly crowned Miss Uttarakhand, also received the iTvara Miss Tourism title.
Komal Sharma was recognized as Paintbox by Amita Miss Beautiful Nails, while Saishree Rathi was named Diablo Miss Spark. Pallavi Chauhan was felicitated as Silverlining Miss Humanitarian, and Shiksha Sajwan received the Pydome Media Miss Multimedia title. Khushboo Khatnwal won the Himalayan Buzz Miss Congeniality title, while Vanshita Kandpal was honored as Dharma Creations Miss Photogenic. Manvi Bishnoi was awarded The Front Row Couture Diva title, and Ritu Panwar received the Cirqle Miss Attire title. Bhavya Shah was recognized as Miss Dancing Queen, completing the list of remarkable winners who stood out for their unique qualities.
Speaking about the winners, organiser Gauraveshwar Singh said, “Miss Uttarakhand has always been a platform that celebrates beauty, confidence, and talent. Meghna, Komal, and Mansi truly embody these qualities, and we are proud to see them take on this title with grace and determination. This year’s competition has been an incredible showcase of young women who are ready to make a difference, and we are excited to see their journey ahead.”
The evening also witnessed the sash ceremony for Mr. Uttarakhand 2025, where Ayush Rawat from Dehradun was awarded the prestigious title.
