There’s an entrepreneurial spirit around every corner that brings with it an exciting energy. And most notably, we have an underlying commitment to making Rochester the world’s premier destination medical center — and a fantastic place to learn, live, and play.
Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona:
The Scottsdale campus offers outpatient surgery, laboratory space, and diagnostic testing, imaging, and pharmacy services in the Mayo Clinic Building — Scottsdale. Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine’s Arizona campus is also based here, providing students with access to a diverse patient population and two research-focused buildings.
The Phoenix campus includes Mayo Clinic Hospital and Mayo Clinic Specialty Building, along with Mayo Clinic Building — Phoenix, which is home to the cancer center and proton beam therapy facility. Education facilities include the Multidisciplinary Simulation Center, medical library and Franke Education Center.
Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science campus in Jacksonville, Florida
Opened in 1986, Mayo Clinic’s campus in Jacksonville, Florida, was the first campus expansion beyond Rochester, Minnesota. Teams of specialists provide services in more than 40 medical and surgical specialties, while programs in medical education and research are carried out in concert with patient care activities.
The Florida campus is recognized as one of the nation’s leading liver transplant programs. It is also acclaimed for its leading practice and research in the neurosciences, transplant medicine and cancer treatment. Collaborations with nearby health care organizations expand this depth of experiential training for our learners to additional pediatric specialties and diverse patient populations.
